2. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software strictly for personal use in accordance with the terms of this agreement. If you wish to use the software for commercial, enterprise, or business purposes, you must contact us at contact@ram-nuke.com to inquire about a Commercial License.

3. Limitation of Liability (Hardware Safety)

READ CAREFULLY: RamNuke is a stability testing tool designed to place high stress on computer hardware. You acknowledge that using this software may expose hardware instability or defects.

In no event shall Box Industries LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to hardware failure, data loss, or system instability, arising out of the use or inability to use the software. You use this software entirely at your own risk.

4. Refunds

All purchases of Ram Nuke are final. Because this is a downloadable digital asset, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. A refund may only be considered, at our sole discretion, if the software fundamentally fails to operate on hardware explicitly listed as supported in our documentation, and only after you have contacted support for technical assistance.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

6. Age Restriction and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, to purchase, download, and use the RamNuke software. By accessing this website and purchasing our software, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
